Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We understand that choosing a new mattress can be a daunting task, which is why our friendly and knowledgeable staff is always available to answer any questions you may have. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a no-hassle 100 night, in-home, trial period. If not happy with your comfort, we will exchange your mattress for another. No questions asked.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. We suggest using a protective mattress cover to prevent any stains or odors. You must pay a re-delivery fee. You must try for at least a minimum of 30 days.

Non-exchangable items:

  • Gift cards and certificates
  • Accesories such as Pillows, Protectors, sheets, bed frames
  • Clearance Items
  • Special order sizes
  • Furniture Orders
  • Adjustable Beds

1 exchange only per mattress, within 100 days of delivery but not before 30 days.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or store without speaking to a associate first.

There are certain situations where no refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to manufacturer error.

Refunds

There will be no refund on items that have been delivered or picked up. Exchange is available on mattresses only for equal or greater value, no refunds or credit will be approved.

Refund will only be given for items that have NOT been delivered or pickup up by customer.

Final Sale items

Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Final Sale Clearance items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We will also replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send fill out the form on our Contact Us page, call us or visit our store.

Gifts Cards

There are no exchanges or refund on gift cards.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should first fill out the Contact Form, or Call Us: (404) 291-9366

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for shipping your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are exchanging more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item in the same condition it was shipped.
